Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with expertise in managing complex IT environments.

About the Role:

  • Maintain all managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly 3rd party applications.
  • Develop Windows 10 images and support deployment for both new installations and re-imaged devices.
  • Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle by maintaining OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal.
  • Utilize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to manage adjacent Microsoft services with integrations embedded into the console, including Office365, Adobe, and other 3rd party catalogs/updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Possess deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune.
  2. Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions.
  3. Design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments.
  4. Familiarity with various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
  5. Develop custom deployment scripts.
  6. Handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM.
  7. Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit at all levels.
  8. Create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in SCCM & Intune administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including SCCM, Intune, and Windows 10.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve escalated tasks.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
