Learning and Development Leader

As a key player in organizational learning, you will identify and address the knowledge needs of leaders across Asia.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with business leaders to understand individual, team, regional, and organizational knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to design and implement comprehensive training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, gathering feedback, analyzing results, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Developing and managing pre- and post-learning communication, publishing learning program updates, and creating content for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions on topics such as leadership development, soft skills, and strategic planning.

With 4+ years of experience in a related field, you will be well-equipped to drive strategic learning initiatives that support business growth and employee development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
