Job Title: Executive Sourcer
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing candidates from various sources, including job boards and professional networks.
- Conducting first-round interviews with sourced candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Profiling candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to validate their qualifications and experience.
- Managing internal queries and resolving them in a timely manner to ensure seamless candidate experience.
- Identifying top talent based on business requirements and developing a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sourcings as an executive sourcer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms, including naukri and IIM Jobs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
