Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead the acquisition and management of Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients in our Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment.

The primary goal is to drive business growth by acquiring new PSU relationships, identifying opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.

The successful candidate will develop customized solutions for PSU clients aligned with their business and financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new PSU relationships and drive revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams.
  • Ensure high credit quality, compliance, and risk management standards in all dealings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of the PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountancy (CA), or a relevant graduate degree with significant banking experience.
