Job Title: Senior IT Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our end-user computing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align IT strategy with business needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving global teams and vendor ecosystems, while ensuring adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards. They will also be expected to possess a solid understanding of modern workplace/cloud technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global teams and vendor ecosystems to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee experience and drive measurable improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in end-user computing, collaboration tools, secure printing, onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Solidify financial acumen through budgeting and cost optimization experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 15+ years of experience in Workplace IT/End User Computing leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
