Benefit Street Partners operates independently as a Specialist Investment Manager, managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth, and retail investors across various strategies including private/opportunistic debt, liquid loans, high yield, special situations, long-short liquid credit, and commercial real estate debt.

Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly valuation processes covering various credit strategies and asset types.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and develop a valuation operations team.
  • Manage asset population in scope for valuation and communicate workflow status effectively.
  • Design systems and processes for efficient valuation workflows.
  • Support compliance with external audit requirements and summary materials for valuation committees.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience within financial services, preferably with credit experience.
  • Experience with leveraged loans, CLOs, and leverage facilities preferred.
  • Ability to partner and communicate effectively across an organization.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Proven record of project management/oversight with strong communication skills.
