This is a senior position that involves managing clients and finalizing valuation reports, efficiently managing a team of valuers who undertake site inspections for loans (home loans/mortgages).


About the Role:
  • Finalize detailed valuation reports.
  • Analyze site and comparable information to derive the market value of properties.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for client management, interacting with clients, and managing internal & external stakeholders.
  • Maintain periodic training and review team performance.

About You:
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation power are essential.
  • Team handling experience is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of the local real estate market is required.
  • Candidates with 5 years or more experience in valuations are preferred.
  • Diploma/B.E Civil Engineering qualification is necessary.
