About the Position

The role involves providing assistance in preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial and legal documents.

You will support compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, preparation of forms and returns for filing with authorities, and preparation of resolutions, letters, responses and other documents.

The position also involves convening Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings, maintenance of statutory registers and records, conducting research and staying updated on relevant laws, and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements and Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled, with excellent communication and drafting skills, strong attention to detail, good knowledge of interpretation of law, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, effective teamwork skills, and quick to take initiative.

A degree in Law (LLB) would be an additional advantage.
