Job Title: Audit Manager

  • Actively work with the latest analytics technologies and best practices to enhance audit quality, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Responsible for extracting, enabling, analyzing, and visualizing data using innovative solutions throughout the audit process.
  • Work with large datasets, understand common data quality issues and cleansing techniques, and discover trends and patterns in data.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors, auditee teams, DWH IT teams, and external vendors to extend support to automation projects and seek timely solutions.
  • Coordinate all stages of project development, including system design, development, testing, training, roll out, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify project gaps post-GO LIVE and gather feedback from user groups for suggesting improvements as needed, conduct appropriate user training and contact programs to ensure high-level system adoption.

Job Requirements:

Job Role:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant data analytics experience, EDW concepts, good understanding of data mining, and programming languages such as Python, Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with visualization tools like Power BI, SAP BO.
  • Should have a good understanding of software development life cycle, prior experience in business requirement gathering, UAT, etc.
  • Having good academic records and certifications on data analytics/data science from a reputed university.
  • Background knowledge of the financial sector is required; banking knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are a must to deal with various cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Engineering degree + MBA is preferred.
