We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Analytics professional to lead our organization's data-driven initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic data analysis and insightful decision making.

  • You should have at least 8 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning with a strong background in technical roles.
  • Your expertise should focus on production projects only, excluding capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record (at least 8+ years) in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a deep understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • You should be proficient in Python and one of the Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers is essential.
  • A working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures is necessary.
  • You should be familiar with at least one cloud platform - Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks like FastAPI is required.
  • Experience with development tools like Git and version control is necessary.
  • Deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes is also a must.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc. is required for building orchestration pipelines and enabling model versioning and tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment are essential.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, are necessary.
  • A robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization, is required.
