About the Role

This position involves leading and delivering high-quality audit work to clients across various engagement types, including Reviews, Audits, and Compilations.

As a full-time professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely deliverables, and overseeing client engagements involving Employee Benefit Plans and Not-for-Profit organizations.

  • Lead client/engagement teams and deliver quality results as per the audit methodology and client expectations.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of client/engagement methodologies and perform procedures efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with client/engagement teams.
  • Monitor workflow management, allocate tasks, and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, competence, and clarity of communication when dealing with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scope of work and standardize execution processes.
  • Motivate team members, identify talents, coach, and supervise.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Articleship with Big Four or mid-tier accounting firms
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in US Audits for qualified candidates; 6+ years for non-qualified candidates
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS
  • Proficiency in using various audit tools and applications
