The Role

Help prevent cyberattacks and protect valuable assets by being secure, vigilant, and resilient.

Embed cyber risk at the start of strategy development for effective management of information and technology risks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive working relationships with teams and clients, exceeding expectations as a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Team:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-call support for critical issues during standard shift.
    • Deploy data loss prevention solutions on servers, endpoints, and cloud services.
    • Troubleshoot agent-related issues with the IT Team.
    • Configure policies and rules for network and endpoint data loss prevention.
    • Ensure the data loss prevention solution is integrated with existing security tools and infrastructure.
    • Develop policies based on organisational data protection requirements.
    • Classify and categorise data to apply appropriate data loss prevention rules.
    • Regularly review and update policies to address new threats and business needs.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure policies are enforced.
    • Generate reports for compliance audits, highlighting data protection measures and incidents.
  • Support senior management with regular updates on the effectiveness of the data loss prevention program.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on data protection best practices and data loss prevention policies.
  • Raise awareness about data security and handling sensitive information.
  • Closely work with IT, legal, and compliance teams to align policies with business objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to optimise data loss prevention solution performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
Location and Working Arrangements

Base location: Bangalore (Mandatory client deputation). Required to work from office.
