
Lead Business Development Specialist for Tractor Finance

Job Overview
The Deputy National Lead – Tractor Finance will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and proposition development. This role requires a strong understanding of the tractor finance industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling propositions for OEM meetings and presentations.
- Onboard top OEMs by signing MOUs and ensuring timely completion of agreements.
- BUILD schemes and drive key scheme penetration.
- Foster strong relationships with OEM SPOCs at HO and OEM Sales Teams at Branch and Regional Levels, ensuring seamless coordination between BFL Sales teams and OEM Sales Teams.
- Provide inputs and monitor the TA/IF program's progress.
- Promote TA and IF across a set of accounts, driving increased adoption.
- Expand distribution channels with BFL for assigned accounts.
- Ensure prompt responses to manufacturer queries on service issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet manufacturer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines.
- Manage dealer mapping/demapping for OEM Authorized partners.
- Perform monthly MIS checks, reconcile closures, and address any errors or frauds.
- Resolve OEM escalations related to market-facing issues in Retail Financing and Inventory Financing.
