Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

The role will manage all Risk related activities of a new Strategic Business Initiative of the Company Co-Lending. The role will manage multiple products Micro Finance, Personal Loans, Housing, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor & Gold Loan. Co-Lending Portfolio Monitoring- Responsible for Product Program, Existing policy changes and implementation of Policy rules on System
- Responsible for Portfolio Management according to annual operating plans and Risk KPIs
- Responsible for Loan Loss budgeting & AOP delivery on various risk KPIs
- Ensure credit policies and program risk acceptance criteria are reviewed regularly, with timely updates for proactive adaptation to changes business strategies, market environment or portfolio performance
- Responsible for tracking portfolio performance/TTD Metrics/Approval Rates Data Infrastructure & MIS
- Responsible for setting up Data Infrastructure related to Risk for Co-Lending business
- Responsible for developing and publishing monthly risk reports to Senior Management
- Responsible for Partner wise Monthly Risk deck preparation Development & Management of Credit Rule Engine
- Developing and managing Rule Engine coding to code Risk Policy rules of each Co-lending partner
- Responsible for getting UAT testing of risk rules coded & sign off
- Understanding any policy rule changes communicated by the External Partners and executing the coding, testing & sign off of the rule changes.
- Ensuring that the Rule Engine is working as coded and Error Rate is Nil.
- Responsible for Risk Masters maintenance in system
- Alignment of Co-Lending Partners masters with our internal systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience
