Job Title: HR Manager

The role of an HR Manager involves overseeing the organization's human resources function, including recruitment and hiring, employee onboarding, training and development, HR operations, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Hiring:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for various departments.
    • Create job advertisements that accurately reflect the role and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and collaborate with department heads to select top candidates.
    • Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Ensure seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires, including preparation of necessary documentation and materials.
  • Training & Development:
    • Identify skill gaps through analysis and develop targeted training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective training initiatives.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage HR records, employee files, and compliance documents in a secure and confidential manner.
    • Support payroll, attendance, and compliance processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
    • Address employee queries and provide support with grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management:
    • Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement performance tracking and appraisal processes.
    • Work closely with managers to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hiring, talent development, and people management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (desired but not mandatory).
  • Experience in [textile and garment] industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (or local language) for effective communication.
