We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, preferably 18-24 months of experience in college counselling teams, especially for colleges with BTech, BBA, and Paramedical Programs.

The successful candidate will excel in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for sales-related activities will be a plus.

This role requires engagement with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements. Effective communication of the value proposition of our offerings, emphasizing the benefits of our platform and its features, is also essential.

The Senior Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of student queries and challenges post-admission. They will also be responsible for calling and following up with students for fee collection as per guidelines shared by the central team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and requirements
  • Counselling will be done in both modes; Face to face with walk-ins and via calling assigned leads
  • 100% achievement of monthly assigned calling and admission targets
  • Understand and address student queries and challenges being faced post admission
  • Manage detailed records of aforementioned queries and coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Calling and following up with students for fee collection as per guidelines shared by central team
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication with students/parents regarding their fees dues and relevant information
