The role of a shopper marketing manager is to lead all activations on the digital shelf that drive business results for product portfolios.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for developing and implementing shopper insights and behavior strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of shopper behavior and preferences.
- Analyze consumer experience data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop e-commerce shopper marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Implement plans through direct execution and influencing other teams.
- Analyze e-commerce performance regularly and make recommendations for course corrections.
Category Planning:
- Represent categories/brands to e-commerce customers and stakeholders.
- Input into overall brand strategic plans and quarterly objectives.
Marketing Execution Coordination:
- Leverage top-of-funnel digital channels to drive e-commerce growth.
- Jointly plan and execute full-funnel activities with cross-functional teams.
- Lead replication of brand campaigns on e-commerce media assets.
