Job Title: Senior Development Chemist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Development Specialist to join our organization.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience in laboratory analysis.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to transform raw materials into finished, fully analyzed products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Processing: Plan, manage, and execute development batches with precision and efficiency.
  • Comprehensive Analysis: Take full ownership of product analysis, including Chemical Development Project (CDP), Apparent Molecular Weight (AMV), Peroxide Value (PV), and other essential parameters.
  • Quality & Documentation: Uphold rigorous quality standards while maintaining thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Innovation & Scale-Up: Collaborate with R&D teams to troubleshoot, refine formulations, and scale up successful batches.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in chemical development or analytical laboratories.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CDP, AMV, PV, and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy).
  • A proactive leader who can take charge and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
