Job Title:
Digital Data Architect

About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled digital data architect to lead our database development and administration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance databases that meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop database systems that are scalable, secure, and efficient
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
- Implement database maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and maintain documentation regarding database design, configuration, and change management tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and professional work experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in database engineering, administration, and support
- Expertise in MongoDB administration in a production environment
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL landscapes and available frameworks
- Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, including Perl, Python, and Shell
- Strong SQL skills and experience
