We are seeking an experienced Business Strategist to fill a key position at our organization.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and documenting business requirements, analysing the impact of changes on business operations, and supporting the business throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and document business requirements
  • Analyse the impact of changes on business operations
  • Support the business throughout the implementation process

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a techno-functional BA role, with expertise in database querying and data analysis. They will be familiar with finance-related domains, including anti-financial crime and transaction monitoring. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with stakeholders across geographies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will require:

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, particularly in agile (scrum) methodology
  • Ability to influence and motivate other team members and stakeholders through effective dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness
  • Self-motivation and flexibility, with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with virtual teams and global organizations
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
