About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Design Engineer in Test to drive DFT architecture definition and implementation for complex SoCs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing scan, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan insertion and validation, as well as automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive DFT architecture definition and implementation for complex SoCs
  2. Plan and execute scan, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan insertion and validation
  3. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages
  4. Collaborate with RTL designers, verification engineers, and physical design teams to ensure seamless DFT integration

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in DFT architectures and methodologies
  • Proficient in industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies from Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics
  • Strong understanding of SoC design cycle, RTL to GDSII flow, and test requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and debug scripting solutions using Python, Perl, and TCL
