Requirements:
  • Plan, organize, direct, control; and evaluate the operations of the production department within company policies and procedures;
  • Develop and implement plans to efficiency use materials, labor and equipment to meet production target;
  • Manage the establishment of department budget; develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials;
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production system and methods of work; direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures;
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines, attend scheduled corporate training and meetings;
  • Oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques, conduct employee performance review, responsible for establishing all shift schedules, continuous improvements, factory performance reports, company emergency problems solving, performance evaluation, make the annual budget for the line.
