Job Opportunity:

This senior management position supports the client and partners with Operations/Functions to drive the continuous improvement agenda across stakeholders.

The Senior Manager will lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders - internal and external. This includes championing the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes, supporting operational excellence and automation, and driving efficiency and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute LDT roadmap that solves business problems/opportunities of key customers in the F&A domain (Specific in OTC) through Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, and technology solutions.
  • Deliver planned Digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects with cross-functional global leads.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Align deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in account, and Bad Bench reduction.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects for mitigating process issues and improving Operational efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete CI Projects.
  • Engage and leverage lean six sigma practices and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Certified Black belt required. Experience in driving RPA program, deploying RPA across platforms, leading transformation across all sub-processes in F&A domain, and driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology essential.
