Job Overview

The Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Group Operations team, driving business growth and exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Sales and Actuarial teams to close individual Group processes, issuing policies, and resolving customer and intermediary queries.

Main Objectives:

  • Coordinate sales and actuarial teams for process closure
  • Achieve policy issuance and customer query resolution
  • Ensure exceptional customer service
  • Maintain established procedures and contribute to improvements
  • Implement quality and quantity controls for proactive management
  • Lead an effective team meeting business needs
  • Coordinate finance for policy account reconciliation
  • Drive group business transformation and digitization

Qualifications & Experience:

We seek a seasoned professional with an MBA or ACII degree, holding at least 8-10 years of experience in customer services or operations. An Associate of Insurance Institute is an added advantage.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven operations expertise in financial services
  • Group operation department experience in insurance is essential
  • Data processing skills for operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in databases, office management software, word processors, and spreadsheets
  • Strong leadership, team building, and influencing abilities
