Role Summary:

E-commerce Operations Coordinator needed to oversee daily activities across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms for a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
  • Coordinate inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
  • Monitor account health metrics: Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
  • Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.
  • Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain.
  • Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
  • Track platform analytics: velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and share reports with leadership.
  • Partner with supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
  • Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos, and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce operations.
  • Must have worked with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
  • Exposure to consumer goods / kitchenware / lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Advertising or Quick Commerce paid visibility tools.
