We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our consulting and operations functions.

This is a foundational leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience in exports, GST, MCA, subsidy consulting, or CA firm background and drive both client delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, chartered accountant office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
