Key Finance Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and B2C revenue.

  • Heading AR and AP functions: Ensure cash to revenue reconciliation and cash to expense/payable reconciliation occur on a monthly basis.
  • Owning end-to-end AR/O2C process: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervising accounts receivable team: Delegate tasks, set targets, and ensure adherence to departmental goals and objectives.

Analysis - Revenue and AR:

  • Implementing effective credit and collections policies: Monitor overdue accounts, follow up with customers, and negotiate payment plans or settlements when necessary.
  • Monitoring cash flow: Analyze accounts receivable aging reports, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Identifying revenue leakage: Implement processes to bridge gaps and monitor margins.

Reporting KPIs

  • Preparing and analyzing AR reports: Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Publishing dashboards for management: Include ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance: Suggest accounting for new business transactions and liaison with Big 4 Auditors.
  • Driving automation: Coordinate with Business Team and Tech Team based on Finance requirements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Candidates who can drive outcomes through building strong automated processes.
  • CA with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup.
  • Big4 experience preferred.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.
