Design Power Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Analog Product Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product engineering team, you will be responsible for developing high-performance power solutions that meet customer specifications and quality targets.

About the Role
  • Develop power devices such as Buck converters, multiphase controllers, power stages, and power sequencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability to ensure new products meet customer requirements.
  • Design HTOL, dHTOL, ELFR, BHAST, and PTC boards to qualify power products.
Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and debug integrated circuits to ensure they meet product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements.
  2. Work with failure analysis to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures.
  3. Develop and qualify technologies for new product development in collaboration with process and package technology development teams.
  4. Work closely with global manufacturing facilities to address customer-specific product quality, yield management, and cost reductions issues on mature products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power electronics design and development.
  • Strong understanding of power device modeling, simulation, and characterization.
  • Experience with HTOL, dHTOL, ELFR, BHAST, and PTC board designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
