Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned security expert to lead our team in overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage security personnel at various client locations ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  2. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to SOPs and client expectations.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned area regarding all security-related matters.
  4. Ensure deployment of guards as per duty rosters and manage replacements in case of absenteeism or leave.
  5. Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
  6. Conduct training sessions for guards on safety protocols, emergency response, and client-specific requirements.
  7. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Area Manager detailing key performance indicators and security incidents.
  8. Assist in recruitment, background verification, and onboarding of new security staff ensuring they meet required standards.
  9. Respond promptly to incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports.
