Job Title:

A Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports and site diaries.
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues and provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress and address their concerns.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Proficiency in construction management.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
