Job Description

The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making strategic decisions to achieve branch objectives.

  • Recruit, onboard, develop, motivate, and retain Team Members to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Implement operational strategies to ensure smooth operations, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and maintain individual and team performance standards.
  • Comply with various regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines to mitigate risks and ensure ethical standards.
  • Acquire clients through network development and market outreach, and collect margins as expected.
  • Generate revenue through broking and non-broking products, including Loans, Investments, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Bonds.
  • Promote Focus Products to drive sales and revenue growth.


Role Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring legal and ethical standards, and making strategic decisions to achieve the branch's goals.


Requirements

10-15 years of experience in a desired role, with 5 years of team management experience.

A Graduate or Post Graduate degree is preferred.

Team managing/handling experience is mandatory.
