Software Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software automation engineer to fill a challenging role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive test automation suites using Playwright (Coded UI).
  • Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality and integration points.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand product requirements and identify testing needs.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Develop test plans and test cases.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices in test automation and continuous integration.
Required Skills:
  • Playwright Framework: Strong proficiency in Playwright and experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • API Testing: Working knowledge of API testing, database testing (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), and integration testing.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and defect tracking tools like JIRA.
