8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4-5 years in a QA Lead role.
Strong understanding of test methodologies, test lifecycle, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete).
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in planning and managing system integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
