Job Description:
">We are seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic and experienced professional to support our channel partner ecosystem.
">Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the channel partner ecosystem by responding to and managing inbound requests and inquiries relating to the Nextwave partner program.
  • Provide operational support for the partner program, including business process support, training and enablement, master data management, exception process handling, and providing information to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in supporting the partner program.
  • Document processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow and SFDC.
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process.

">Additional qualifications include experience supporting Ecosystem/Channel sales organizations, experience supporting a partner program and its various components, and experience identifying Ecosystem process issues and building recommendations to optimize performance.
