Data Governance and MDM Engineer

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer to drive the development of data management solutions from ideation to launch.

About the Role:

  • This role will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch data management experiences.
  • The successful candidate will develop and support enterprise data management solutions for Customer and Product Master data.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing business and technical requirements, supporting data analysis, guiding and mentoring team members, and using data management principles to detail current processes and harmonize data elements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a mastery-level knowledge of data management principles, MDM tools, and data quality practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field.
  • Mastery-level knowledge of data management principles, MDM tools, and data quality practices.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data management and data quality solutions, with at least 3 years of experience in Syndigo application.
  • Conceptual understanding of ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Snowflake programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Cloud-based solutions, Alation/Data Governance tools, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and effective communication skills.
