Job Summary:

The selected candidate will assist in implementing global and local data privacy frameworks as a key member of the Privacy Team.

This role requires providing hands-on privacy guidance, training, and advice to stakeholders. It also involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, impact evaluations, and managing data subject rights requests.

Key Responsibilities include developing and rolling out policies, standards, and training materials to ensure seamless implementation across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the Chief Privacy Officer to design and implement global and local data privacy frameworks.
  • Provide expert-level privacy guidance, training, and support to various stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, impact evaluations, and handle data subject rights requests in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate and mitigate privacy risks within the supply chain, manage incidents, and facilitate M&A privacy integration.
  • Develop and disseminate policies, standards, playbooks, and training materials to ensure consistent application throughout the organization.
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of data privacy regulations, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You should be able to assess complex situations, think critically, and provide innovative solutions to emerging challenges.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Law, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required. Additionally, relevant professional certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPT would be advantageous.
