About the Role

This role focuses on supporting brand development initiatives across various product categories within the company's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insight: Understanding target audience demographics, behavioral triggers, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • New Product Development: Contributing to communication strategy development for multiple touchpoints, including product pages, digital stores, CRM interactions, marketplaces, and more.
  • Communication Strategy: Supporting the creation and implementation of consumer engagement strategies across social media, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and brand campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyzing data to inform and optimize marketing initiatives, driving business growth and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conducting site visits to gather insights on offline business performance metrics, such as distribution channels, revenue streams, and market visibility.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Supporting sales efforts, customer service, and other initiatives that drive product success.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. They should possess experience in brand management, consumer marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing, and demonstrate strong motivation and self-driven work ethic.
