Job Title:

Lead Data Engineer


Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and supporting pre-sales activities. As a lead engineer, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Running end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)
  • Analyzing and interpreting the findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting Pre-sales activities and initiatives
Requirements:Mandatory Skills:
  • Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector database.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like: NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be a plus.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision would be a big plus.
