Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions in the renewable energy sector. As an R&D and AI Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing a team of AI Engineers, and delivering cutting-edge products that support our mission to achieve carbon neutrality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee the full AI product lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate emerging technologies.

Team Management & Collaboration:

  • Lead the performance and career development of AI Engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and conduct internal AI capability-building sessions.

Strategic Planning & Compliance:

  • Align AI strategy with our digital goals and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the energy domain, with a proven track record in AI implementation.
  • Experience working with AI in renewable energy and managing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, Gen AI, ML, and analytics, as well as proficiency in Generative AI technologies and frameworks.
