Job Title: Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors.

Job Description:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Rout visitors to the right employees at Accops.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Maintain material Inward and outward register, updating data holistically.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security for smooth operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office / email handling.
