  • Job Title: Senior Manager (SAP)
  • Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore
  • Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead SAP teams effectively.
  2. Manage a team of resources.
  3. Take overall responsibility for managing resources to meet customer requirements.
  4. Demonstrate strategic leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with SAP stakeholders to ensure business continuity and adherence to standards.
  6. Foster a high-performance team culture by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching.
  7. Lead integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements.
  8. Work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  9. Align SAP management with digital governance development models.
  10. Effectively delegate and focus teams and resources on business priorities.
  11. Ensure all resources are productive and aligned with business vision.
  12. Publish metrics to stakeholders.
  13. Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of extensive SAP experience, with expertise across modules and processes.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Subject matter expert in SAP applications, with understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Proficient in SDLC and project life cycle.
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
