Leadership Trainer Job Description

This is a highly demanding role that requires someone with exceptional leadership skills to develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced trainer who has previously worked in the financial industry, preferably in life insurance sales. They should have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze data cuts on performance of RMs pre and post-training to take corrective action and plan future training sessions accordingly.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work closely with the sales team to formulate a training strategy that meets their needs and helps them achieve their sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting induction and follow-up trainings to Sales Managers as per the Training Road Map.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and developing the performance of all allocated trainers, providing operational support, and acting as a single point of contact for all training-related issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for a team of sales professionals.
  • To analyze data cuts on performance of RMs pre and post-training and take corrective action.
  • To impart induction and follow-up trainings to Sales Managers as per the Training Road Map.
  • To monitor and develop the performance of all allocated trainers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data cuts on performance of RMs pre and post-training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with the sales team to formulate a training strategy.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Power-point, and Word.
  • Life Insurance subject matter expertise and product knowledge.
