We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to spearhead the development of innovative construction methods for high-profile projects.

This role involves analyzing tender documents, developing site logistics plans, and coordinating with design teams to create construction-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cutting-edge construction methodologies, particularly in complex structures.

We require a strategic thinker who can drive value engineering and execution excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tender & Technical Review: Analyze tender documents and drawings, prepare technical queries, and liaise with clients for clarifications;
  • Construction Methodology: Develop site logistics plans, construction sequences, and suitable methodologies; plan resources including labor and plant & machinery;
  • Design Coordination & Value Engineering: Collaborate with design teams, coordinate with external consultants, optimize designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness;
  • Technology & Equipment Expertise: Apply knowledge of latest formwork systems and plant equipment, handle methodologies for complex structures;
  • Site & Execution Support: Conduct site visits to review progress, suggest alternate solutions, work closely with execution teams to ensure seamless implementation;
  • Communication & Documentation: Prepare and interpret construction drawings and sketches, maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

The desired skills and competencies include proven experience in managing complex projects, strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles, familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods, and expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques.
