As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth by developing impactful proposals that resonate with federal agencies and commercial clients.

This highly sought-after position requires an expert who can navigate the complexities of US government RFPs and produce well-structured, compelling proposals that meet solicitation requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders to create compliant proposal content.
  • Collaborating with capture teams, SMEs, and leadership to produce winning proposals that showcase our company's strengths.
  • Developing and maintaining compliance matrices to ensure all submissions meet regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission.
  • Maintaining a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • At least 3 years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts.
  • A strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
