Main ResponsibilitiesLegal Responsibilities- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate them. Develop internal policies and procedures to manage legal exposure.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
- Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters, including coordination with external counsel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on legal strategy, compliance, and governance.
- Manage all corporate secretarial functions for the organization.
- Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings.
- Draft Directors' Reports and ensure timely statutory filings.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Companies Act.
- Handle day-to-day secretarial tasks and ensure governance best practices.
