Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Manager to join our innovative IT solutions team. As a leading technology catalyst, we specialize in transforming businesses through data center solutions, cybersecurity, professional services, and digital workplace innovations.

The ideal candidate will manage GeM operations and tender processes across government sectors, playing a critical role in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and building relationships with government clients.

  • Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
