About the OpportunityPine Labs is expanding its operations, becoming a software provider enabling payments and digitizing merchant stores.
The company seeks to hire an Ad Tech leader to lead business development/partnerships for overall payments product portfolios.
The ideal candidate should bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth.
They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-cultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing AdTech solutions including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and ad servers.
- Developing and executing data monetization strategies leveraging audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and programmatic advertising.
- Managing partnerships with ad networks, exchanges, and data marketplaces.
- Collaborating with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure data is collected, enriched, and activated effectively for advertising and revenue purposes.
- Overseeing yield optimization for programmatic and direct-sold campaigns.
- Conducting market research to stay current with AdTech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive benchmarks.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or data monetization.
- A strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, real-time bidding, and data privacy laws.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Segment, Snowflake, or LiveRamp.
- Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
- Preferred Industries: Fintech/Payments, Start Ups, Ecomm.
- Strong Academic Pedigree MBA/ PGDM / Graduate Engineer from Tier 1 universities for Management Trainee Profiles.
