Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.

About the Role
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support the accounting department with invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
