Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telecalling to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.

Understand client technical requirements and present suitable product solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing efforts.

Respond to technical inquiries and assist clients in understanding our product offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.

Participate in training sessions and keep enhancing technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BSC, Diploma in Enginering

1+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role, preferably in a telecalling environment.

Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of Oil and Gas Industry is plus.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build relationships over the phone and close sales.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in telemarketing or tele sales is a plus.
