Virtualization Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Virtualization Solutions Architect to lead the planning, deployment, and management of virtualization technologies.

">Job Description:
  • Develop and implement scalable virtualization solutions to meet business demands.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of virtualization administrators, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-performance virtualization solutions.
  • Monitor virtualized environments, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Implement and maintain security measures and policies to protect virtualized environments from threats.
  • Design and implement robust backup and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Streamline virtualization management tasks using scripting and automation tools.
  • Assess capacity requirements and recommend scaling virtual resources to meet organizational demands.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of virtualization configurations, procedures, and policies.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading virtualization teams and developing scalable virtualization solutions.
  • Strong expertise in virtualization technologies such as AHV, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Proficiency in server hardware, storage, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Nutanix certified are an advantage.
